When will I receive my gift card?
After your referral’s first visit—typically within a few weeks.
Is there a limit?
Refer as many people as you like but only one referral per household will receive a gift card. For example, Jim refers his sister, her husband, and their two kids. In this case, Jim and his sister would each get one gift card.
No referral card?
No problem. As long as they mention your name at the FIRST appointment, you’ll both get credit. We’re happy to mail you additional referral cards if you call us or fill out the form above!
