Our plan is designed to give you all the benefits of dental insurance without restrictions. No yearly maximums, no deductibles, no denied coverage, no waiting periods, no limitations or exclusions.

Child Premium Plan

$399 Per Year

All the key preventative care your child needs to stay happy and healthy. Cleanings, exams, and fluoride are available every six months. This plan is available for our patients aged 13 and under. Our Child Premium Plan also includes 15% off any additional in-house restorative procedures as a thank you for being a part of our practice.

Adult Premium Plan

Premium Periodontal Plan

A plan built for patients with periodontal concerns! Periodontal cleanings occur on an every four-month basis. Our Premium Periodontal Plan also includes 15% off in-house restorative procedures as a thank you for being a part of our practice!
