Brittani

Office Manager

Brittani brings over 20 years of experience in the dental field to her role as Office Manager at Strongsville Smile Keepers. She began her career assisting chairside, earning her Certified Dental Assistant designation and a Coronal Polishing Certificate. Brittani holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and an Associate of Arts degree, dedicating her efforts to ensuring smooth operations and prioritizing patient satisfaction. A proud American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) member, Brittani looks forward to meeting each patient and fostering a welcoming environment. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Teresa

New Patient Coordinator

Teresa has been a valued Strongsville Smile Keepers team member since 1987. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist after earning her degree from Youngstown State University. In 2020, she transitioned to the front desk, where she continues to welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Teresa cherishes the relationships she’s built with patients over the years, considering many of them friends. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their three grown children, grandson, and rescue dog, Harry. Whether walking with Harry or enjoying family gatherings, Teresa treasures her time with loved ones.

Sharon

Insurance Coordinator

Sharon has been part of the Strongsville Smile Keepers family since 2010, bringing over 17 years of dental experience to the team. Previously a Certified Dental Assistant for 16 years, she now handles front desk and insurance responsibilities with dedication and expertise. A graduate of Cuyahoga Community College with an Associate in Arts degree, Sharon commutes from Wellington, Ohio, to contribute to the compassionate care and innovative treatments the practice offers. Outside work, Sharon and her husband, Craig, enjoy family time with their two grown children, Rachel and Alex, and their three dogs, Sasha, Latte, and Skeeter.

Kassidy

Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary (EFDA)

Kassidy began her dental career in 2017, did surgery and implant work, and earned her EFDA certification in 2022. Her journey with Strongsville Smile Keepers started with an assisting internship and continued through her EFDA clinical, leading her to join the team full-time. Kassidy holds credentials from the Medina Career Center, Stark State College, and Lorain Community College. She’s passionate about creating beautiful smiles and enjoys working with the supportive team at Strongsville Smile Keepers. Kassidy loves to go to coffee shops and hang out with her husband. She has a young child and a bulldog, Reese.

Crystal

Registered Dental Hygienist

Crystal has been a dental hygienist in the Cleveland area for 16 years. Crystal, a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College with an associate degree in applied sciences, is committed to providing top-notch patient care. She’s been married to her husband, Michael, for 25 years and is the proud mom of three adult children. When not at work, Crystal enjoys walking the family dog, Luna, making homemade soap, and spending time at the beach or ocean on cherished family trips.

Dina

Registered Dental Assistant

Dina is a Polaris Career Center graduate who joined the dental field two years ago. She brings enthusiasm and a caring touch to her role at Strongsville Smile Keepers, where she works with patients of all ages to improve their dental health and create positive experiences. Dina is passionate about making a difference in her patients’ lives. In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Coco.

Dayna

Patient Coordinator

Dayna has over 40 years of experience in dentistry, having worked as a Dental Assistant, Hygienist Assistant, and now supporting patients and the team at the Front Desk. She loves meeting each of our wonderful patients. Dayna graduated from Vocational School in Dental Assisting and enjoys spending her free time with her kids, dogs, and birds.

Bella

Registered Dental Assistant

Bella began her dental career during her junior year of high school. She graduated from Strongsville High School and Polaris Career Center in 2022, earning her credentials as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).

She feels incredibly fortunate to be part of the SSK team, surrounded by compassionate colleagues. Bella is also deeply appreciative of the amazing patients who help foster a positive and enjoyable environment every day.

When she’s not at SSK, Bella enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with her friends and family. 

Cassie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Cassie is a recent graduate of Cuyahoga Community College and is excited to begin her career at Strongsville Smile Keepers. As an American Dental Hygienists’ Association member, Cassie is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building strong patient relationships. In her personal life, Cassie enjoys hanging out with friends and her pets, a dog and a cat. She’s also eagerly preparing for her upcoming wedding in June!

Amy

Registered Dental Hygienist

Amy has 27 years of experience in family private practice dentistry and holds an Associate’s Degree from Lakeland Community College. In her free time, she loves hosting gatherings with family and friends.
