FAQ
What dental services do you provide?
Strongsville Smile Keepers is proud to be a family-owned and managed full service dental practice. We can care for the whole family, from children to grandparents. We offer family, cosmetic, restorative and orthodontic care so you can get everything you need to maintain your oral health or transform your smile all in one place.
Can I come to your office if I have dental insurance?
Yes! Many of our patients have insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider, but we handle the paperwork so you can be reimbursed quickly. Most PPO plans will still cover a portion of your care. You get the freedom to choose the dentist you trust, not just the one your insurance company lists.
Can I see you if I don’t have dental insurance?
Yes – Strongsville Smile Keepers welcomes patients without dental insurance. We keep things simple: we discuss your treatment plan and you pay for your visit at the time of service. We offer flexible financing and an in-office membership plan that covers preventative care and gives you discounts on additional treatment, so you can get the care you need without the hassle of insurance.
What does fee-for-service dentist mean?
At Strongsville Smile Keepers, fee-for-service means you get the care you need without the limits of the insurance company rules. You pay for your visit at the time of service, and if you have insurance, we help you file your claim so you can be reimbursed quickly and directly. This allows us to spend more time with you, use the highest-quality materials, and focus on what’s best for your oral health.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We reserve time in our schedule for new patients and urgent needs, so in most cases we can see you within a few days — often the same day for emergencies.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
We work with several companies for flexible payment options, including interest-free financing through CareCredit® for qualified patients. This allows you to get the care you need now and pay over time with a monthly plan that fits your budget.
How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients benefit from a check-up and cleaning every six months. These visits help us catch small problems early, keep your teeth and gums healthy, and save you time and money in the long run. Some patients may need more frequent visits, depending on their needs.
What options do you have to improve my smile?
We offer a variety of options for smile makeovers, including professional whitening, cosmetic bonding, porcelain veneers, SureSmile® clear aligners, Fastbraces®, dental implants and full smile makeovers. At your consultation, we’ll talk through your goals and help you choose the best treatment for your lifestyle, budget, and timeline.
What should I do if I break a tooth?
If you break a tooth, call our office immediately. If it’s during office hours, we will do our best to see you the same day. If it happens after hours, call our main number for instructions. Keep the area clean, avoid chewing on that side, and bring any broken pieces with you to your appointment.
Does your office offer dental implants?
Yes, we do! Dental implants are the most natural-looking and long-lasting way to replace missing teeth, helping you to eat, smile and speak with confidence again. Our team places and restores implants in our office, so you can get expert care in a comfortable, familiar setting. Whether you need a single tooth replaced or multiple implants, we’ll create a personalized plan to bring back your healthy, beautiful smile.
